RETURNS

GENESIS PARIS wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase from the Genesis-Paris website ONLY. you can return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. You may also choose to exchange unopened and unused products for a different product from the EMPIRE TECH website; exchanges will be made within 21 days Customer is responsible for all return postage.

Products purchased from a 3rd party store, kiosk or distributor salon must be returned to the same place you bought them, and all returns and exchanges are subject to individual store policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received. a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

if the Itom wasn t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gifs giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and her will and put about your return.

Genesis-Paris.com currently offers FREE standard shipping on all Worldwide orders. The following shipping & handling charges apply to 2nd day and overnight shipping:
UPS 2-Day: $22
UPS Next Day (overnight): $35

Genesis-Paris.com ships worldwide, but It may take additional time for delivery and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays).
All orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped that day, based on product availability.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, those that are sent via standard (ground) shipping takes approximately 1-6 business days based on the destination.

Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature.
